Unlike most of our competitors who offer 30-day returns, we have a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason, no questions asked. We aren't in the business of holding customers hostage. You either love your shoes, or you return them. Period.

We’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make things right.
Exchanges
Reach out to us via info@riddickshoes.com and let us know your desired exchange item. We will process the building of your new item, alongside the logistics of returning your originally purchased item.
Refunds
We issue refunds immediately upon receiving our customers' returned shoes.
